The below training programs – whether the ‘Evergreen’ or ‘Event Based’ training plans are predominantly designed for our CLUB members. However, some of these programs might be of particular use to you – for example our Strength & Conditioning Program, or the Nutrition based weightloss cycling plan.

We do offer access to all these programs to our Gold & Platinum 1:1 Coaching Clients for free & for our Bronze PLus & Silver clients, we offer a heavily discounted CLUB membership of of $21/mth to access all these extra plans. Reef to Reef

Reef to Reef is Australia’s newest MTB stage race taking place over four days in the heart of Tropical North Queensland.

There’s nothing too technical but enough to get your attention including 2525m of vertical climbing. Achievable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and MTB skills.

The Reef to Reef Queensland is a sister event to the Port to Port in N.S.W. and the Cape to Cape in W.A., making up the newly formed triple crown of Australian multi-stage MTB racing.

3 Dams Challenge

Choose your challenge with either the 145km 3 Dams or 241km 5 Dams Challenge and be one of 2,000 riders who take on this monumental ride each April.
Riders have 12 hours to complete the challenge (the course closes at 1800 hours). This means riders will need to travel at an average of at least 20km/h over the course, depending on stoppage time.

L’Étape Australia

L’étape Australia provides a very similar experience for riders to a mountainous stage of the Tour de France; traversing through a multitude of stunning landscapes and topographies and a truly challenging final climb, this route has all the necessary ingredients to provide riders with a true tour de France challenge.

The Tour of Margaret River is the ultimate experience for your amateur cycling team. In November every year teams from across the country arrive in the beautiful Margaret River Region of Western Australia for the cycling experience of a lifetime. The unique Pro-Am format of the Tour means that amateur cyclists can compete with riders from the Pro Tour across some of the most spectacular stages that Australia has to offer.

Australia’s largest, longest running and most popular four day MTB stage race. Based in Margaret River Western Australia, this iconic riding experience includes access to stunning private trails, vineyard visits, brewery finishes and some of the warmest hospitality the region has to offer.

Port to Port is a MTB stage race taking place over four days in New South Wales. Riders let loose across the spectacular Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle Region in the an awesome east coast mountain bike holiday jam packed with fun trails, good mates and cold beers. The Port to Port is the sister event of Australia’s number one stage MTB event, the Cape to Cape in South-West Western Australia and the Reef to Reef in Tropical North Queensland. Making up the newly formed triple crown of Australian multi-stage MTB racing.

Giro della Donna

The Giro della Donna is a weekend-long festival of road and gravel cycling based in the beautiful Yarra Valley town of Warburton, approximately 90 minutes east of Melbourne. It features the Gravel Giro and Piccolo Giro family ride on the Saturday, a fantastic dinner event Saturday night and the Giro della Donna Road Ride on the Sunday
