About the Hub

The Hub houses all material that we have collated over the last 40 years of coaching some of the best cyclists in the world – learning from the top right through to the weekend or D-Grade rider.

We have Downloadable Programs – e.g. Port to Port, Cape to Cape – as well all the information (via our ‘Resources‘ page) for CLUB members and our 1:1 Coaching clients on nutrition, bike setup, mental, strength & conditioning, stretching, interviews & much more.

The power of the collective knowledge that all the coaches at FTP Training have can shortcut the learning curve & progress for any rider.

Why can't I view a Page? Why do I get logged out?

This may occur because you don’t have the right permissions to view that restricted content. For example 1:1 coaching material is only accessible to our monthly clients or those who’ve purchased Full Access to the HUB.

Or, if you’re trying to access a certain week for an ‘event program’ (e.g. Port to Port or Cape to Cape) or “12 weeks to…” this week may not have been published. You’ll get access to that week on the Sunday the week before.

How do I access the course materials (e.g. for Cape to Cape, Port to Port etc.)?

Training Programs are available for CLUB members (e.g. Cape to Cape, Port to Port etc.). Click here for a full list of programs available.

You can also view your current list of enroled programs on your ‘My Account‘ page.

Training Programs for 1:1 Coaching clients – your training program is written specifically for you within your Today’s Plan account.

How do I view my training programs? (for online programs)

If you have a CLUB Plus Membership:

  • Your training program is located within your Today’s Plan account. (provided you’ve linked us as your coach & gotten us to write it into your calendar)

 

If you’re a CLUB member:

  • At the top of each week within each program, there’s a section to download your program. e.g.:
